My love for fitness was ignited at a young age, and since then, it has grown into an unwavering passion that I can’t help but share. With years of experience in personal training, group fitness, and nutrition coaching under my belt, I’m here to share my knowledge and inspire you on your own fitness journey. After high school, I joined the military, where my enthusiasm for fitness soared to new heights. I went on to earn a degree in kinesiology and began coaching clients. But more than anything, I’m just like you – someone who enjoys breaking a sweat, pushing my limits, and feeling amazing in my own skin.
When I’m not at the gym or coaching clients, you can find me exploring the great outdoors, experimenting with new workout routines, or whipping up tasty and nutritious recipes in my kitchen. I believe that staying fit and healthy should be enjoyable, and I’m always on the lookout for new ways to make it fun and accessible for everyone.
